Cleaning time depends on the project—about 45 minutes for a small couch and up to 2 hours for a larger couch or multiple items. Drying takes 6–8 hours, depending on the project and home setup.
A good rule of thumb:
Dirtier than it looks. A university home-microbe study that swabbed couches, beds, and toilets found so much overlap in bacteria it was hard to tell the samples apart (via Smithsonian Magazine). We treat both. Many stains and odors improve significantly, but permanent or older damage may not disappear completely.
Please be there for access and the final walkthrough and payment, or arrange access with us in advance. Remove blankets, pillows, personal items, and any heavy items around the couch before we arrive. We’re happy to help shift small, light items, but we don’t move large furniture so your home and belongings stay protected from scuffs or damage. We’ll also need access to a power outlet and water source, plus a toilet or utility sink to empty the wastewater when we’re finished.
